This two-day intensive course
by The Advocates' Society and Osgoode Hall Law School is the first
intensive advocacy writing course to be presented in North America.
This course features small group sessions, each led by an appellate
judge, a professional writing instructor, and a senior barrister. With
its focus on detailed discussion and critique, the course will hone
your ability to write effective factums and other litigation documents
and show you how you can immediately improve the clarity and
persuasiveness of your writing.
